What are your shirts made of and how's it going to fit?

All our designs are printed on preshrunk, 5.5-ounce, 100% ring spun cotton tees. 

CARE INTRUCTIONS: Machine wash cold, inside out with like colors. Only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low. Do not iron.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal.

When will my order ship?

We ship within 3-4 business days of your order being placed. If the item(s) you purchased are out-of-stock, you will receive an email letting you know when to expect it...however, we are rarely more than a week out on back-orders. All of the items in your order will ship when your back ordered item becomes available.

Do you ship to my country?

Currently we only ship within the United States and Canada. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping to Canada can take up to 15 business days.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, mail your product to: P.O. Box 460, Ferndale, WA 98248. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping costs will not be included in your refund.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

What items are non-returnable?

Worn and washed merchandise

My item arrived damaged or is defective.

If one of the items in your order arrived damaged or you feel it is defective, please send us an email with a description of the problem, photo of your item, and the order number to info@whoareyadesigns.com within 30 days of your original purchase. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible to address the issue.

Do you offer group/bulk discounts?

Yes, if you are ordering 12 or more shirts for one address, please email us at info@whoareyadesigns.com for bulk pricing and combined shipping.

Do you wholesale to retailers?

Absolutely. Whether you are a soccer store, a sporting goods store in search of a fresh product, or a boutique jumping on the footy bandwagon, Who Are Ya Designs is always looking for strong retail partners to carry our line. Do you do custom t-shirts?

If you like what we do, we would love to help you out with your next t-shirt project. We've done custom work for many teams, supporter's clubs and pubs including Manchester United USA, Chelsea in America, Fado Irish Pubs & more.
