We will provide a full refund for any unworn, unwashed item that is returned within 30 days from the date it was received (minus shipping/handling fees). We will not accept any item that has been washed, unless it is found to be defective. Below are a few guidelines for returns... THE FOLLOWING ARE EXAMPLES THAT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS: All clearance purchases and special orders are final. If you let your cat wear your I’m Not English I’m Scouse shirt, you will not be receiving a refund. No one wants to wear your cat and we cannot resell the shirt. If you smoked a pack of Marlboro Reds while wearing your Pride of London shirt, do not try to return the shirt. You will not receive a refund. If you inhaled an entire box of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese and ended up wearing half of it on your Newton Heath shirt (and you know who you are), you will not be receiving a refund. Take a picture of the defective portion, with our design in clear view and email it to info@whoareyadesigns.com. 3. Include your order number. 4. We will follow up with you immediately. YOU ACCIDENTALLY ORDERED THE WRONG SHIRT OR WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER: 1. Place a new order for the correct items on our site. 2. Return your items to us within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price upon receiving them and email you a confirmation. 3.
